And, I deal with post-nasal drip a lot. Basically I'm a mess.

Apparently all the cool kids are doing it.

Can we actually get the flu from getting a flu shot? Not according to the Centers for Disease Control.

In my defense, I've improved since then.

That's my pro tip, from a constant nose blower.

We had some awesome plans for this weekend. At least, we did on Thursday.

You guys might have noticed that I was gone a few days last week.

Although maybe more serious stuff like Ebola is on everyone’s mind these days, health care professionals contend a more immediate and likely concern is the onset of the flu season.

So I came down with a little bit of a cold the other day. Nothing too bad, just the beginnings of a sore throat, stuffy nose and feeling sore and tired. I was able to knock it out pretty quick by taking a ton of that EmergenC stuff and getting a ridiculous amount of sleep. However, I was feeling pretty bad when I came to work Monday.
