Between all that and her kids that are busy with school and sports, it's crazy how much she gets done!

Rachelle also works with Retrieving Freedom, as a weekend foster.  She says it helps her get out there in the community, and let dogs be dogs! 

As Amy says, "There's always something to do!"

And, he made sure to name names and tell us all about the people who help out and volunteer in all the different organizations.

Swanetta Marshall has been nominated as this month's Central Bank of Sedalia Unsung Hero for her work with "Diggz Kids"!

But she isn't planning on stopping her work any time soon! She's a big inspiration to all of us out there just, as she says, "Be Kind."

We've never had a couple nomination before, but there's a first time for everything!

Our Unsung Hero this May is a teacher and principal in Stover who is very active with her church.
