Thank You Pettis County Election Volunteers

So I don't know if you have heard or not, but we had a election yesterday.  Yep, it's true.  I could take this time to tell you how glad I am that it's over or how sick I was of playing political ads, political phone calls, etc., but I won't.

What I really want to talk about is the people who work the election and the volunteers at each voting spot.  There was a big turnout, and yet at my voting spot, it went quickly and efficiently.  Above all else, the volunteers were friendly and knowledgeable.

Because new voter registration cards were sent out, a lot of people had lots of questions, and they were handled very well.  I see where lots of places around the country had many problems, but not us here in Pettis County, Missouri.

I don't know names or anything, but my hat's off to all the volunteers, you did a great job.  Thank You.
