Lee’s Summit Driver Dies in Jackson County Rollover
A Lee's Summit man was killed in a one-vehicle accident that occurred early Monday morning in Jackson County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 42-year-old Lee A. Logsdon of Lee's Summit, was the driver of a northbound 2007 Mercury Milan that was on the northbound I-470 ramp to NE Chapel Woods Road around 12:15 a.m., when the driver failed to negotiate the curve and the Mercury overturned, and Logsdon who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected.
The Mercury came to rest on its wheels in the roadway.

Logsdon was transported to Centerpoint Hospital by Lee's Summit Fire, and was pronounced dead at 1:10 a.m., by Dr. S. Joseph.
The Milan was totaled and towed by Express Tow.
