The Johnson County Sheriff's Office announced that a coordinated, multi-agency operation, targeting active warrants throughout Johnson County, was conducted on Thursday.
During the sweep, over 100 active warrants were pursued, resulting in the arrests of numerous individuals, with bail amounts totaling "a substantial sum," JoCo said.
The comprehensive operation was a collaborative effort involving representatives from the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, Warrensburg Police Department, Holden Police Department, Knob Noster Police Department, Leeton Police Department, Missouri State Highway Patrol, and Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office.
"We would also like to thank the Johnson County Dispatch for their invaluable assistance in this operation, specifically in designating personnel to monitor radio traffic and ensure efficient communication among all teams involved.

"We are committed to maintaining public safety and order through continued collaboration and dedication across agencies," the Johnson County Sheriff's Office concluded.
