Parking Lot at 7th & Ohio to Be Resurfaced

Beginning on Monday, Oct. 21 and continuing through Friday, Oct. 25 the City of Sedalia’s Public Works Operations Division will be resurfacing the parking lot located at the northeast corner of East 7th Street and South Ohio Avenue.

During this period, the parking lot and adjacent alley will be closed.

Any vehicles parked within the lot or adjacent alley beginning at 6 a.m., Monday, Oct. 21, will be towed at the owner’s expense, the City said.

Resurfacing work will begin each day at 6 a.m. and continue through 4 p.m. Heavy equipment and workers will be present. Inclement weather or equipment breakdowns could delay completion.
