The 2016 Cabin Fever Sports Show was held on February 13 at the Mathewson Exhibition Center at the Missouri State Fairgrounds. Vendors and exhibitors of all types were on hand for the show, which is sort of a combination between an outdoor expo and a home show.

Don't get me wrong, I love BBQ. I eat it a lot. I can't wait for the BBQ contest at the Cabin Fever Sports Show. Even so, I'm not sure I'm sold on the idea of making BBQ the "National Dish of America."
