Gentle Reader, admittedly, my nose is in my phone probably a lot more than it should be.

But, in my defense, at least some of that time is researching stuff for work, or texting my Dad or NJ,.... and admittedly some of it nonsense. But come on, someone had to tell the idiots of AITA the error of their ways.

Anyway, Reddit is one of the few social media sites I check regularly, and one of the groups I follow is called r/Missouri.

It's usually just people grousing about politics or issues in infrastructure, sometimes it's about fun stuff to see, but for the most part, it's not. Which is cool, if that's what you're looking for. And while I don't read it everyday, sometimes that is what you need.

THIS PART HAS SWEARS.  MIGHT NOT BE SAFE FOR WORK.

So when I saw this pop up on my phone in the Reddit app, I thought...."Huh."

I mean... but... it's not... that  accurate, right?   Well.    I've lived in Missouri for most of my life.  Admittedly, I haven't been around to some parts of the state like I should have.... and.   Well, guys, let's just be real here. Some of it is.

Holy Farms, Batman!  WORLD SERIES! Nelly!

And... yeah.  The tornado bit.  And More Sweet Tea?  Yeah.

And the people who drive slow in the left lane?  I know I know that one, because that drives NJ up the proverbial wall.   And yeah, the last time we went to STL, it was..... crime and sadness.  And toasted ravioli.

But what about you?  Do you think the map is funny, or is it a little too on the nose?  What about Sedalia, did we get off pretty easy?  We're not even really listed, unless you count the entry about the "stumpy lake", which I'm assuming is Truman Lake?  IDK.  What do you think?

Omg dat bbq tho.

Missourily yours,
Behka
