Let it Snow…Not!!!

Isn't amazing with all the technology that we have available these days, that it is still nearly impossible to pinpoint the amount of rain or snow we will receive?  The prognasticators work very hard coming up with necessary information to make the forecasts but it is still up to Mother Nature to decide the outcome of fronts that move through our area.  Possibly 1-3 inches of snow was the prediction to begin with earlier in the week.  Then this morning children's hopes were dashed with the update from the NWS of less than a half inch of snow expected in our area today.  Sorry kiddos...the snow man, snow angels, snow forts, snowball fights, and snow ice cream will have to wait for another day!!!
