Johnson was booked in and placed on a 24 hour hold. His arrangement was scheduled, and bond was set at $150,000 cash or surety.

Montowine shook his head yes, and stated “I’m a f***ing addict, man.” 

Clawson was advised a K9 Unit was coming to sniff around the vehicle.  Clawson stated “Alright, ago ahead, get him on there”.

Later that evening, Officers located the Suspect, Christopher Nicholas Steck, 34, of Sedalia.

About two and a half hours later, Officers were called to a grocery store at 701 East Broadway boulevard in regards to a burglary in progress

Both Lee and Seeley were transported to the Pettis County Jail.  Lee was booked in pending a $100,000 cash or surety bond, and Seeley was booked in with her bond on both warrants totaling to $15,000 cash or surety.

Dustin Lee McIlroy, 43, of Sedalia, was arrested on charges of Aggravated Domestic Assault in the 2nd Degree, Armed Criminal Action, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Property Damage in the 1st Degree.

The Pettis County Prosecutor’s Office filed all charges against both defendants. Bond was not given for Ewing. Bond for Ealey was set at $150,000.00 cash or surety in addition to the pre-existing $5,000.00 bond.

The probable cause report notes the statutory amount of trafficking Fentanyl is 20 milligrams, meaning Ford had 1,000 milligrams in his possession.

Richard Emmanuel Shull, 39, of Florence, Missouri, was arrested for his warrants, a new charge of Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device, and felony Resisting Arrest.
