Guys, today's a big day.  It's Election Day!

And while we all know that's a big deal, I know that sometimes we can drag our feet.  After all, you're busy.  You have a job and family and enough on your plate as it is.

But, gentle reader, let me tell you - voting doesn't take any time at all.

Well, okay, that's a fib.  It took me exactly this long.

Yep, from standing right out in front of the Convention Hall, going in, voting and coming back out (and I mean, walking back to my car, even)... three minutes and forty one seconds.

And keep in mind, I CHATTED.  I didn't just run in and throw a pen at someone and hope it landed on the ballot.   It just... doesn't take a long as you think it might.  In fact, here are several songs you can listen to that may very well take longer to finish than it would take you to vote today.

If you prefer the Old School, the eighties are covered.

Maybe you prefer something more French Canadian.

You get what I'm saying.

I would never tell you who to vote for, or what issues to vote for or against.  That's up to you and your family, to vote your conscience.   What I can do, though, is encourage you to get out there and get that vote in.

If nothing else, you get a sticker, and the nice lady at the machine told me that it was designed by a student at Smith Cotton!

Remember, it only takes about four minutes.  Definitely less time than it would take for you to listen to one of the classic masterpieces of 2017.

Just saying.  No excuses.  Get out there and VOTE!
