We Help Adam Propose to Girlfriend Mary

It's not that often someone shows up at your office asking you to help them surprise their girlfriend on Valentine's Day. In fact, I'd say that's never happened to me before. Yet at the end of January, Adam Sheppard was sitting in my office telling me how much he loves his girlfriend Mary Wood and how he wanted to really surprise her with his marriage proposal.

So we hatched a plan. Adam told me that Mary loves listening to Kix 105.7 and we came up with a plan where Beau Matthews would call Mary and get her to the station saying someone entered her in a contest to win a pair of Jason Aldean tickets for his show in Columbia.

So on Valentine's day, Adam, along with Mary's daughter and nieces, came over to the radio station. We hid Adam's truck along the side of our studios. And once we got Mary to come over to the radio station to pick up the tickets, we hid Adam and his family members in a studio.

Mary came into the station and Beau had her start to fill out some prize winner information. He then mentioned something about something else we had for her. This is when Adam walked out of the studio we had stashed him in.
