Finally, The Cure For Seasonal Allergies – A Face Hugging Electrocution Device
Do you suffer from allergies? Are you willing to strap a comically large device to your face to help deal with them? If so, good news!
Guys, I don't know if you know this about me but I have CONSTANT allergies. Well, that's probably an exaggeration. But it's not unusual for me around this time of year to have a never ending runny nose at any given time. Not just that, but an itchy nose and sneezing, and sometimes even my eyes get red. Inside, outside, anyside, it's happening. It's embarrassing, it's annoying, and...... you get it.
And the thing is, I've tried everything. The green bottle, the blue bottle, the spray stuff... none of it works. If something says it works twenty four hours, I'm lucky if it works on me for like, a shift at work. So when I saw this, I had to give it some serious thought.
A new gadget called NasoCalm just hit Kickstarter. You just strap it to your face for 15 minutes a day, and it supposedly makes your allergies a lot better. So how does it work? By ELECTROCUTING your nose. Sure. No big deal.
It's got six electrodes, so that's three for each nostril. Each one gives you a small electric shock to stimulate the muscles in your nose. Although, what's a "small" shock you to might not be small to me, so. That one's gonna have a big old grain of salt with it.
I mean, he seems okay with it.
They claim making your nose muscles contract and relax can help clear your sinuses and let you breathe easier. It's small enough to take with you, so you can use it anywhere. The promo video shows a guy using it at his desk at work. The downside is it's pretty bulky on your face, so you WILL be the "weird one" at the office. But I'm kind of already that person, so.... again, might not be a downside with that.
What do you think? Want an alien face hugger to help you breathe?
Breathily yours,
