Helpful Tip That Will Make You Forget Your AFD
I know, it's a tough time. It's cold. It's snowy. It's dark outside. There aren't a lot of events happening right now.
Heck, there isn't even anything that good on tv. And if you're a football fan.... this is the worst time of the year. You might be dealing with..... After Football Depression.
No seriously! This is a thing!
"After football season depression" refers to a feeling of sadness or a dip in mood that some people experience once the football season ends, often stemming from the loss of a structured routine, the excitement of game days, and the strong emotional connection they felt with their team throughout the season; while not a clinical diagnosis, it can manifest with symptoms similar to mild depression and is often referred to as "sports fan depression."
And I know what you're thinking. "SO WHAT IF I DO, BEHK? HUH? WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ABOUT IT, WATCH......THE UFL? Get Serious."
Nope, I've got something even better.
YES! It's time to get the kids out there playing some FOUTBAWL.

Now, it is flag football, so if you're worried about it being too rough on the little ones, you're good. They do have a tackle program, but that's a different deal. Signing up for this is good for a bunch of different kids, regardless off age or gender.
Sedalia Youth Football has been committed to fostering the growth of athletes in grades K-6th grade for more than a decade. Our program introduces athletes in grades K-2nd grade to the sport of football through flag football. Players in our flag program will learn the fundamental skills and core concepts of football.
So if you've got a little kid that's, well, feeling a little cooped up and has some cabin fever, sign em up! The whole family will enjoy it.... and it'll definitely fill that void that came after the end of Football Season.
Just, you know, don't do it now. It's freezing out there. Sign up now, play later.
Footballingly yours,
Behka
