Well, if you're someone who hates people, loves missle silo complexes, and are itching to get the first chapter in your Supervillian story started, looks like I might be able to help.

Now first things first. This property is for sale, but it's only viewable with a tour from the real estate agent. WARNING: Under no circumstances should you enter this property. By doing so you risk bodily harm and/or prosecution for trespassing on private property.

Having said that... you've gotta start somewhere. You want to get your henchmen hired and insured, you need to outfit evil creatures into costume, and you aren't going to be able to test your world destroying weapons just anywhere.  You need a nefarious, evil lair. I've got your hookup... in Kansas. Kansas, of all places! Nobody would ever suspect that your evil underground bunker would be out in the sweet plains of the Midwest. Let's take a look.

Your Evil Lair Awaits

I'm totally not just saying you should invest in this place as your go-to incognito lair.  It's also ... convertible. For your bed and breakfast needs.

Built on 11 acres of land, this property is home to a decommissioned Atlas F missile silo complex. The underground complex was designed to withstand a nuclear strike and has water, electricity and a forced sewage system to the ground surface. There is 6,900 square feet in the complex with the upper two levels consisting of approximately 1,200 feet of space. This area was used for the Launch control center and living quarters for the crew. The main missile silo is located at a depth of 170 feet. Also on the property is a 4,000 square foot Quonset building with water, sewer and electricity. and a one room building for office or storage. This facility has lots of potential in whatever way you choose to go. A home, apartments or a Bed and Breakfast are just some ideas. If you want something offering security and uniqueness, then this property is for you.
Although...seriously? If someone turned this into a bed and breakfast, I could totally see me going to it.  Imagine the scenarios you could act out in this thing.  And could you imagine telling people, "Well, actually, my apartment is a bit ways out... in a missle silo."  How cool would that be?  I've seen apartments converted from old school buildings, this blows that out of the water, hands down.
What do you think? You got a little under half a million to build me a supervillian lair?
Evilly yours,
