Relive Some Memories And Make Some New Ones, Tiki Style
Admittedly, I am willing to date myself. Well, I don't mean, you know, I'll go on a date with myself, although loving oneself is important.
What I mean is, I don't mind people knowing how old I am. I'm a kid of the eighties, definitely. At some point in the eighties, I have some hazy memories of a place that was Super Fancy. Like, I had never seen anything like it in my life fancy.
Of course, I was, like, seven, so the stuff I had seen could definitely outweigh what I didn't, but. That's not the point. I remember a beautiful lake, a lovely play area, and... tiki torches? It felt like an oasis in the middle of nowhere, and I had no idea where I had been transported, but I loved every second of that hazy, hazy memory.

Well, turns out, that was a real place! And it was here! Like, outside of Sedalia! From what I can understand it was an event space of sorts, but now it's Officially Event Ready. And they're going to have a big Open House and Vendor Showcase to show you all they've got.
It's going to be held on Saturday, September 23rd, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The actual address for The Tiki is 19003 Highway Y if you want to set it in your GPS. They'll have door prizes, axe throwing, a bounce house (probably not at the same time), and a huge vendor showcase that'll be all over the shop. Food trucks, limousines, skin care, spas, barbers, Miss Pettis County, CATS AND DOGS LIVING TOGETHER, it's gonna be crazy. But in a good way.
It just sounds super exciting. And if you can't make it or have questions or something I'm sure you could ask them here.
Tiki-ingly yours,
Behka
