Guys, I'm one of those people who probably spends way, way too much time watching stuff on YouTube.

Most of what I watch are cooking shows, or shows related to cooking and food. I watch Good Mythical Morning and Good Mythical More, Sorted Food, etc etc. Well, one channel I like to watch is one that I've been watching for ages, The Try Channel. They're Irish.

Just kiddin'.  No, they're real Irish, like, living in Ireland.

Basically, there are a million different "we're trying this on camera for the first time" channels. I used to watch one called Kids Try that was really cute, we all remember the Try Guys, and there are other videos where people from all over the world try new things, or things that are new to them. But this one I like because of the people they have on their panels, which are almost always very charming and funny.

I like Dermot and Nicole best. Dermot seems like a dude I could have a loud, but fun discussion with about very nerdy stuff. And Nicole seems like someone that was adopted by Stevie Nicks and raised out in the forest or something. Like she looks very girly and almost delicate, but she probably can take you out with a punch to the gut if you get out of line. You know what I mean? Like, she's nice, but don't test her, or she'll follow you down til the sound of her voice will haunt you.

WHY AM I BRINGING THIS UP?

Because one of you, out there, gentle reader, also watches the Try Channel, and one of you submitted a box to them.

Yep, in the first fifteen seconds of the video, I gasped aloud. Because....we see the box of protein bars was sent in by Marissa from Central Missouri. And it turned out they used them, and it was a fun video!

But... did it have to be protein bars? Does anybody actually like those? And is that a distinctive Missouri snack? Well. She doesn't say it is, just that she's from here. And I guess it'd be hard to send a real Missouri snack. I mean, I know you can't send them guberburgers or burnt ends or toasted ravioli. And I guess sending a box full of Backer's potato chips would imply we're unhealthy or something. I don't know. Either way, I'm glad you did send the box!

What do you think would be a good Missouri snack to send?

Snackily yours,
Behka
